Laura began hosting small walking groups in local parks, which gradually grew by word of mouth. As more people expressed interest in structured but relaxed movement opportunities, the idea of an online platform took shape — allowing for scheduling, communication, and broader community building.
We work primarily with individuals between the ages of 30 and 50 who are seeking a supportive, consistent approach to physical activity. Some are returning to exercise after a break, while others are looking for ways to maintain wellness in a way that fits into work and family life.
Today, wevihuji continues to evolve — adding new classes, expanding locations, and building a thoughtful team of instructors who share our values. We remain committed to creating a space where movement feels like something you choose — not something you have to endure.
wevihuji was founded by Laura Mendel, a certified fitness instructor and wellness educator with over 15 years of experience working with adults in the 30–50 age range. After noticing a lack of inclusive, age-appropriate movement spaces, Laura created this platform to support sustainable and enjoyable physical activity tailored to real adult lives.
